![]() Blank for vessel with inclined or flat top lock
专利摘要:
A container and a blank therefor, wherein the container is adaptable to being folded into a "flat top" configuration. The blank and container include four body panels; bottom end closure panels; and top end closure panels including a pair of rectangular outer roof panels, and rectangular spout and closure panels. Each of the spout and closure panels includes a gable panel defined in part by diagonal score lines extending toward each other from the horizontal score line between respective body and gable panels, a pair of fold back panels on opposite sides of each gable panel, and a pair of infold lips separated from each other by a central vertical score line and separated from the respective fold back panels by horizontal score lines, one of which is lower than the other. These horizontal score lines meet the respective diagonal score lines at the upper ends thereof at spaced points along the vertical score line. The score line portion between the spaced points serves as a short vertical side at the top of each gable panel. Additionally, horizontal score lines are formed on the outer roof panels aligned with the respective adjacent horizontal score lines formed between the fold back panels and the infold lips, enhancing the foldability of a vertical gable top into a flat top arrangement. 公开号:SU1243616A3 申请号:SU823460405 申请日:1982-07-05 公开日:1986-07-07 发明作者:Лисиецки Роберт 申请人:Экс-Селл-О Корпорейшн (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
The invention relates to a container N can be used in the manufacture of cardboard capacity, provided with a coating and a folding top closure. The purpose of the invention is to strengthen the tightness of the container and reduce the consumption of cardboard. The goal is achieved by precisely observing the geometry of the elements of the closure and forming the closures from a narrow roll of cardboard material. 1 shows a container blank with an inclined or flat top gate before cutting from a cardboard roll, top view; 2 shows the outer surface of the container after connecting one connecting section with one section of the body of the workpiece, top view; on. Fig. 3 - the upper part of the container before closing the upper shutter; 4, the same, after closing the upper shutter and before sealing; in FIG. 3, the capacitance after the upper shutter has been moved to a tilted position when executing the flat shutter cover; Fig. 6 is the same after making a flat top shutter connected to the outer surface of the inner portion of the lid; Fig. 7 is the same, since the opening of the upper valve with the formation of an outlet; 8 - the same, after closing the outlet. A blank for a container with an inclined or flat top gate, made of cardboard, equipped with a plastic coating, contains separated by vertical 1 and horizontal 2 Fold lines the side walls 3-6 of the tank, adjacent sections 7-18 of the lower and upper gates, respectively, the side a connecting strip 19 with a portion 20 of the sealing portions 21 and 22 adjacent to the portions of the upper closure. The latter include two outer sections 15 and 16. adjacent to the opposite walls 4 and 6, outlet 1 and shut-off 18 areas with inclined 23–26 kinks on each of them, forming: three sections 27–29 or 30–32 triangular forms. Each of the lines of inflection separating the sealing 21 and final 17 plots and sealing five 0 five 0 five 0 O 53 22 and the locking 18 portions, passes through the apex of the triangular portion 28 or 31, the base of which is the kink line 2, which separates the side wall 3 or 5 from the upper gate portion 17 or 18, has a stepped shape and consists of three portions 33 - 35 and 36 - 38, the outermost of which sections 33, 35 and 36, 38 are placed horizontally. The middle section 34 or 37 of the stepped inflection line is placed perpendicular to the extreme sections 33, 35 of the lines 36, 38 and has a length equal to the difference of the distances of these extreme sections of the triangular section 28 or 31. Sections 10 and 14 of the closure are lockable 1 MI, represent the continuation of the side walls 4 and 6, from which they are separated by horizontal lines 2. The extension of the walls 3 and 5 are the locking triangular parts 8 and 12, separated by horizontal lines 1 h 2 from these the walls and the diagonal lines 39 of the bend, separated from the triangular fold-off sections 7, 9 and 11, 13, respectively. The sealing portions 21 and 22 are rectangular in shape, as well as the discharge and locking portions 17 and 18. Adjacent portions of 35 and 36 inflection lines that are stepped in shape are located below other portions of these lines. The outer portions 15 and 16 have lines 40 and 41 of the fold, which facilitate opening. A continuation of the middle portions of the 34 and 37 stepped inflection lines are the vertical inflection lines 42 and 43 dividing the upper parts of the closure 18 and the final 17 portions into the rectangular portions 44 - 47. Sloping bend lines 23 to 26 are located away from the vertical camber bending lines at a distance that compensates for the thickness of the coated paperboard. This is facilitated by the implementation of unequal angles adjacent to the base of the slits of the sections 28 and 31, since the sections 29 and 30, the upper faces of which are located below the rest of the area in a triangular shape, are also smaller in size, which facilitates folding. When using a blank for making a container, the side walls 3-6 and the side connecting strip 19 are successively folded over vertical bending lines 1 and turning one towards the other. The inner surface of the wall 6 is welded to the outer surface of the lateral connecting strip 19. In this way, the lateral surface of the container is sealed. To form the gate, the locking triangular sections 8 and 12 move around the horizontal bend lines 2 towards the middle of the container. In this case, the triangular fold-away sections 7, 9 and 11, 13 rotate around the diagonal bending lines 39 and come into contact with the outer surfaces of the locking triangular sections 8 and 12. At the same time, sections 10 and 14 move towards each other. plots weld, for example, in a high-frequency field. The resulting container is filled with product and begins to fold the top shutter. For this, the outlet 17 and the stop valve 18 are turned around a horizontal bend line 2 in the direction of the middle of the container. The outer surfaces of the portions 46, 47 and 44, 45 face each other around vertical lines 42 and 43 of the bend. The inner surfaces of the portions 47, 44 and 46, 45 are then in contact with the sealing portions 21 and 22, and the latter is in contact with the portion 20 of the connecting strip 19. Thereafter, the shutter is sonicated in a high-frequency field or hot air to provide the necessary tightness of capacity and ease of opening. As a result of the welding process and the vertical arrangement of the vertical lines 42 and 43 of the bend of the seal five ten T5 20 2436164 Chatting areas 21 and 22 are upright. To perform a tank with a slope. Ny bolt effect force (figure 5). In this case, the sealing portions 21 and 22 move towards the smaller triangular portions 29 and 30 and the outer portion 15. Under the influence of the force F (Fig. 6), the container can be made with a flat gate. Here, the outer portion 15 is detachably connected to the sealing portion 21. When the container is opened by known techniques (Fig. 7), the triangular section 31 and the associated triangular sections 30 and 32 interact with opening lines 40 and 41 of the bending in the outer sections 15 and 16. After drinking the contents, the container can be closed again (Fig. eight). Due to the ability to bend downward, the inclined upper closure provides a spring effect between the fluid layers, which significantly reduces the risk of damage to the containers and the pouring out of the liquid contained in them. The presence of separating horizontal and vertical lines of inflection, side walls of the connecting strip and sections of the upper and lower closures, sealing sections, making the container made of cardboard with plastic coating contributes to the preparation of the container and sealing before filling the container with liquid. The proposed embodiment of the closure of the container provides for an increase in the tightness of the container due to the exact observance of the geometric shape, regardless of the thickness of the cardboard. In addition, the consumption of cardboard is reduced by using a narrow roll of cardboard and eliminating scrap by arranging the top closures of adjacent blanks in staggered order. 25 thirty 35 40 45 fig.Z 2 FIG. five 5 fig L Editor N.
